Former Clyde and Scotland manager Craig Brown has been named President of Clyde Powerchair FC.

Craig was in attendance at the Scottish Powerchair Football Awards Night at Hampden recently, where he met members of Clyde Powerchair and discussed the sports' current growth in Scotland.

Craig is heavily involved with Scottish Disability Sport and attends many events across the country on its behalf.

Robert Sweeney of Clyde Powerchair said:-

"As I got talking to Craig about Powerchair Football, he was very interested and I had no hesitation in asking him to be President of Clyde Powerchair FC. I am so proud to announce that he has accepted this role.

"We have had early talks on how Craig will be able to help promote Clyde Powerchair and Scottish Powerchair Football in general."
