Alloa Athletic 3-2 Clyde
The Bully Wee went down 3-2 to Alloa Athletic in an entertaining friendly at the Indodrill Stadium this evening.
Clyde took the lead with a quarter of an hour played after Kristoffer Syvertsen showed some good skill on the by-line, and cut the ball back into the box for Chris McStay to slot past the 'keeper.
The hosts drew level shortly after. David Mitchell made a good save from a Liam Buchanan effort but Alan Trouten reacted quickest to fire the rebound home.
A trialist defender then had the ball in the net for Clyde but it was ruled out for offside, and The Wasps took the lead just after the interval when Buchanan converted a cross from close range.
The Bully Wee made it all square on the hour mark when Syvertsen set up Chris Johnston in the middle of the box, and he curled the ball over the head of the Alloa 'keeper.
The hosts netted the winning goal after the ball pinged around the box before falling to Ahmed Aloulou who rifled past Mitchell.
