New Signing: Steve Kipré

Mon, 5th Feb 2018 6:14pm

The club is pleased to announce the signing of Steve Kipré to the first team squad.

Steve, 25, has been training with the club in recent weeks and, following receipt of International clearance, he has now been formally registered on amateur terms.

The forward has previously played in his native France and in Germany. His younger brother, Cédric, is also currently in Scotland and a regular starter at Motherwell.

Speaking to the official website, Clyde manager Danny Lennon said:-

"We are delighted to announce the signing of Steve and I think he’ll complement what we already have. He's great in the air, he's strong and he can hold the game up. He's a threat on the counter-attack and he can play whenever the team is deep, because he can hold the ball up with his physical strength."
