Lamont Loan Extended

Sun, 7th Jan 2018 10:47pm

The club can confirm that the development loan of Mark Lamont from Partick Thistle has been extended until the end of the season.

Mark, 19, intially joined Clyde in August and has featured in 9 matches so far this season.

Danny Lennon said:-

"Mark is a player who has impressed me at training since I've been at the club. He's starting to get a bit more game time now and if we can get him into the right areas, driving at players, then I think he can make a difference in the final third.

"I spoke to Alan Archibald at Thistle last week and, like Mark, he was happy for the loan to continue."

The development loan agreements of Kyle Bradley from Rangers and Peter Morrison from Motherwell have now ended and both players will return to their respective clubs.

Similarly, the temporary transfer of Andy Munro has ended, as originally agreed with Forfar Athletic. Danny said:-

"Andy has made a good contribution during his time at Clyde and we will continue to monitor his situation throughout the rest of the month."

Clyde squad member Lewis Wilson has joined Lowland League side Cumbernauld Colts on a development loan until the end of the season.
